“We’ve been traveling to PCB for vacation for nearly 20 years. We’ve rented with Helen several times during our fall trips and her condos are always picture perfect. This year, we decided to go down in the late summer and opted for a different location (with a different rental company). When we arrived to our condo, it was horrible.
