“Unit 1403 is everything one would want in a vacation rental. It was spacious, clean, and well maintained and stocked. I liked the fact that beach service was included with the unit. Helen was most gracious and very forthcoming with information. I would definitely recommend her and her unit if I were looking for a place to stay in Panama City Beach. The only thing I didn’t like, and this is no reflection on Helen, was the parking fee the resort charges. Again, that is something out of Helen’s control, and she was up front about it when we booked.”
